Through the front gate is a lovely fenced front yard with a built-in banco, and tables and chairs for relaxing outdoors. When you enter the front door, you'll find the spacious living room and dining room. Off of the living room is the bedroom with a comfortable reading chair and large closet. The bathroom connects to the bedroom and has a beautifully tiled combined bath and shower. The kitchen has the same charm with a brightly colored floor and copper counter tops with plenty of space and equipment to prepare your meals. There is a small table and chairs located in the kitchen with a larger table available in the living room. As you head towards the back door you'll find the laundry room with full washer and dryer. The back portal features a built-in banco and table and chairs overlooking a beautiful lawn.
